Afrobeats superstar Rema is taking his music to the world in a way never seen before. The Nigerian hitmaker has officially announced his highly anticipated HEIS WORLD TOUR 2025, a massive global trek that will take him across North America, Europe, and Asia, hitting iconic venues like Madison Square Garden (New York), The O2 (London), Accor Arena (Paris), and Musashino Sports Plaza (Tokyo). This tour marks a historic moment—not just for Rema but for Afrobeats as a whole—cementing its influence on the global music scene like never before.

A TOUR UNLIKE ANY OTHER

The HEIS WORLD TOUR 2025 kicks off on April 11 at Expo Centre in Edmonton, Canada, before making its way to Coachella on April 13 and April 20—one of the biggest music festivals in the world. From there, Rema will take his unique sound to cities like Mexico City, Chicago, Boston, Toronto, and Montreal, proving that Afrobeats is no longer confined to Africa and its diaspora—it’s a movement that the whole world is embracing.

In June and July, he heads to Europe, hitting major music hubs like Berlin, London, Milan, Amsterdam, Paris, and Brussels, before taking Afrobeats even further into uncharted territory: Japan and India. Stops in Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa make this one of the first-ever Afrobeats world tours to heavily feature Asia, breaking new ground for the genre.

THE POWER OF “HEIS” & REMA’S GLOBAL INFLUENCE

This tour follows the release of Rema’s HEIS album, an experimental, boundary-pushing body of work that fuses Afrobeats with global sounds.

Rema has always been vocal about his mission: to bring Afrobeats to every corner of the world. His genre-blending style, blending traditional Afrobeats with trap, R&B, and futuristic sounds, has made him one of the most exciting and innovative artists of his generation.

WHY THIS TOUR IS A GAME-CHANGER

For years, Afrobeats has steadily grown, with legends like Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido paving the way for the genre’s international success. However, Rema’s HEIS WORLD TOUR 2025 marks a new level of global penetration. Performing in Japan, Mexico, and India—places that have historically had little exposure to Afrobeats—demonstrates just how far the genre has come. You just know he had to touch down India!

It’s a testament to how Afrobeats is no longer just a regional genre—it’s a global force. Rema is proving that African music isn’t just influencing pop culture; it IS pop culture.

A NEW ERA FOR AFROBEATS

With the HEIS WORLD TOUR 2025, Rema isn’t just performing—he’s making history. This tour is a defining moment for Afrobeats, proving that the genre is not just here to stay but is taking over the world.

For fans across the globe, this is more than just a concert—it’s a movement. Rema is proving that Afrobeats knows no borders, and neither does he.
